The Cottonwood Neighborhood is located on the North side of Bethesda Home’s main nursing facility. It offers 10 private rooms and two semi-private rooms. The neighborhood living room opens to the Heritage Neighborhood Courtyard and the resident rooms feature views of the beautiful Butterfly Garden and the Heritage Courtyard.
