Bethesda Home is a Medicare and Medicaid certified HCFA facility. Our Medical Director and professional staff provide comprehensive care and contribute to the physical, spiritual and emotional well-being of our residents.

Rehab to Home Care
Bethesda offers therapy 5 days a week along with 24 hour nursing services to assist you in the transition from hospital to home. Our intensive therapy program will encourage you to reach your goal and return you to your active lifestyle. Therapists, nurses, and Social Workers will assist in making your transition to home seamless.

Respite Care / Adult Day Care
Respite / Adult Day Care provides a necessary respite for primary caregivers, which enables their primary caregiver(s) to work or pursue other daytime activities.
Respite Care / Adult Day Care helps mentally and physically impaired adults maintain or improve their level of independence while remaining a part of the community. Participants socialize and receive health/social services in a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes better physical and mental health.

Hospice Care
Hospice Care is available through area agencies. Hospice staff work in concert with Bethesda staff to provide medical care to terminally ill residents and their families in order to meet the special needs arising out of the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social stresses experienced during the final stages of terminal illness and death.

Intravenous (IV) Therapy
Bethesda staff is trained to administer the injection of fluids or drugs into the general circulation via venipuncture.

Occupational Therapy (OT)
Occupational therapy services are provided to individuals who require specialized assistance to help them lead satisfying lives through remedial therapeutic activities, environmental modifications and/or adaptive living techniques.

Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient therapy is offered to individuals who do not require hospitalization or 24-hour nursing care.

Physical Therapy (PT)
Physical Therapists help to maximize independence and safety along with ensuring comfort and optimal strength. Their principle goals are the prevention of disability, the restoration and/or maintenance of function, and both long and short term pain relief.

Speech Language Therapy
Speech language therapy services are provided to individuals whose ability to communicate is impaired through the loss of speech or hearing. Therapy is also available to individuals who suffer from swallowing disorders and other related ailments.
